The first stop of the tour begins in the city centre of Geelong in Wright place. It’s home to cavalier arts supplies and Geelong artworx studio. With the influence of art in the area, it was only natural that graffiti would appear on the walls eventually. Surrounding the entrance to Geelong artwork studio is the work of Glumm. This artist can be seen as an icon for Geelong as he is everywhere there is street art. The sad characters are unique as they bring life into the street through the artist’s use of colour, contrasting with the emotion of the character. It’s one of the best places to start because you can see all the artist’s techniques that make graffiti what it is.
